Happy belated Valentine's Day to me! I was chosen as a JMBricklayer contest winner and so I could select any building set. I chose to receive these cute 9-piece Botanical Succulent sets as I wanted something bright and colourful for our cabinet.
Each set comes with all the individual pieces (this set is totaled with 750 bricks) that you need to put together, including instruction guides. Considering we didn't have any Internet access at home due to the ice storm that hit, I was happy that JMBricklayer provided physical booklets and step-by-step instructions for each set that we were building.
I have noticed a lot of other companies no longer supply actual instruction booklets and assume everyone has accessibility to the Internet at all times to download them or can follow instructions only from looking at a screen. We all have different sensory learning styles, so this was a nice surprise.
All of these were fun to put together! A few of them were more challenging than others but this will be based on your spatial abilities. I loved all the colours and the designs, so you can display them how they look in the photos or you can get creative and move around the different parts to customize the arrangements.
My only suggestion would be the amount of plastic with each of the building sets. Perhaps a more eco-friendly alternative could be offered when shipping.
Here is a peek at how a bunch of them look displayed in our cabinet among my collection of gargoyles and some of our other little treasures. :)
You can shop by theme, time and home decor. So whether you're into florals, cars, dinosaurs or even treehouses, there is something to pique your interest. They make a great gift too!
