Happy Passover!

Here is my first attempt at making Chicken Matzo Ball Soup!

It was not too difficult to make at all and looking at all the positive comments on my Facebook post, I think I did a pretty good job.

This was the recipe I used from one of my favourite recipe sites called Life Made Delicious.
Chicken Matzo Ball Soup

Note: I didn't use parsley/ginger, and I used olive oil, instead of vegetable oil. For the chicken broth, I used low-sodium. Also added in some herbs and garlic for additional flavour.
